Your Path to Homeownership
La Casa de Esperanza’s Center for Financial Stability offers Homebuyer Education Classes designed to guide individuals and families through every step of the homebuying process.
Participants attend a series of in-person and virtual classes, followed by one-on-one counseling sessions with HUD-certified housing counselors. Through these sessions, participants learn how to manage their finances, understand credit, qualify for down payment assistance, and work with real estate professionals.
Classes are offered in both English and Spanish throughout the year. Upon completion, participants receive a Homebuyer Education Certificate, which is often required to qualify for grants and homeownership programs.
