Weatherization Warehouse Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing operations at the Weatherization warehouse, including the fleet of vehicles. Ensures that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to rules and regulations. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
Requirements: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate should have at least two years of experience working in a Weatherization Program. Knowledge of the home construction process. The ability to simultaneously keep several projects moving and on target. Knowledge and understanding of building science principles, worker safety regulations (OSHA), home construction, heating systems, and weatherization. Must have a valid driver’s license.
