Energy Audit Manager
This position oversees the team of Energy Auditors. The Energy Audit Manager is responsible for the daily and weekly job schedule, answering technical questions from auditors, assigning appropriate personnel to specific home energy projects, and ensuring that contract goals are met. The Energy Audit Manager will conduct audits and verify that all audits conducted by the team of Energy Auditors comply with the standards set forth by the State of Wisconsin, including NEAT audit, assessing owner contributions for multifamily projects, and buy-downs on individual projects. This position will also work with State Quality Assurance personnel on issues arising from energy audits. The Energy Audit Manager must be able to review NEAT audits and 62.2 building diagnostics, advise auditors on necessary revisions, and direct and coordinate job-site adjustments. The Energy Audit Manager must also make decisions and provide guidance to weatherization operations personnel in the completion of individual weatherization jobs. This position is responsible for delivering superior quality work and customer service. Working with the Vice President of Weatherization, this position will develop succession plans internal to weatherization auditing to ensure continuing program requirements are met.Requirements: A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate have at least two years of experience working in a Weatherization Program. Knowledge of the home construction process is an asset. Bilingual English-Spanish communication is an asset. Must have a valid driver’s license.
