Assistant Vice President Weatherization Program
This position is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Weatherization in all aspects of implementing the Weatherization and Program Services programs.
The Assistant Vice President of Weatherization oversees weatherization projects, assists with training programs for staff and contractors, and analyzes program data for effectiveness. Collaboration with managers, contractors, and external experts is critical to promote and expand weatherization processes. Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with regulations are also key responsibilities. While evaluating and addressing team-specific needs that are critical for success in this position.
Job Skills Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of building science principles, worker safety regulations (OSHA), home construction and weatherization.
Advanced computer knowledge and skills
Process improvement education, training, or equivalent experience
Trainer certifications or equivalent training experience
Must possess good communication skills and always maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, coworkers, and the community.
Education/Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, Property Management or other related field. A technical degree and significant work experience in a related field may substitute for educational requirements.
