Rosa Roque has been a dedicated member of La Casa de Esperanza Charter School since 2007, bringing decades of experience and a deep passion for early childhood education. Originally from Mexico City, Rosa moved to the United States in 1989 and has proudly called it home ever since.
Rosa began her journey in education in 1989, earning an associate degree as a bilingual technical assistant teacher. She later earned an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2007. Since joining La Casa, she has supported students as an assistant teacher in Pre-K, Kindergarten,1st and 2nd grade classrooms.
With a warm and nurturing approach, Rosa is passionate about helping young learners thrive during their foundational years. She feels honored to be part of a school community that values growth, learning, and the success of every child.
