La Casa Village II, opened in March 2002, is a 20-unit housing complex for lowincome individuals who are 62 years old or older, with income below the very low-income guidelines.
La Casa Village II is a 202/PRAC project which is overseen by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rental subsidies are available through HUD. Rent is based on income; tenants pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent.
