As Assistant Vice President of Weatherization at La Casa de Esperanza, Carlos leads strategic planning and program operations centered on energy efficiency, workforce development, and regulatory compliance. With a strong background in project management and process improvement, he drives innovation that enhances both team performance and community impact.

Carlos’s journey with La Casa began in an entry-level position within the Weatherization Program, reflecting a deep commitment to professional growth and mission-driven leadership. Over the years, he has advanced through key roles—including Energy Auditor, Energy Audit Manager, and Internal Production Manager—each marked by dedication to quality, team development, and operational excellence.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College and an Associate degree from Waukesha County Technical College. He also maintains certifications in energy auditing, quality control inspection, and building analysis.

Passionate about creating safe, sustainable living environments, Carlos believes that weatherization is more than energy savings—it’s about building stronger, healthier communities. Outside of work, he volunteers at his local church and finds great joy in supporting his children as they grow and succeed.
