Over the years, he has progressed through roles including Energy Auditor, Energy Audit Manager, and Internal Production Manager, each step marked by dedication to quality, team development, and operational excellence.
Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College and an Associate degree from Waukesha County Technical College, he alsoholds certifications in energy auditing, quality control inspection, and building analysis.
