With a strong background in project management and process improvement, he drives innovation that strengthens both team performance and community impact.

Starting in an entry-level role in La Casa’s Weatherization Program, Carlos’s journey reflects adeep commitment to professional growth and mission-driven leadership. Over the years, he has progressed through roles including Energy Auditor, Energy Audit Manager, and Internal Production Manager, each step marked by dedication to quality, team development, and operational excellence.

Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College and an Associate degree from Waukesha County Technical College, he alsoholds certifications in energy auditing, quality control inspection, and building analysis.

Passionate about creating safe, sustainable living environments, Carlos believes weatherization ismore than energy savings—it’s about building stronger, healthier communities. Outside of work,he volunteers at the local church and finds great joy in supporting his children as they grow andsucceed.
