Amy Albiter is an Administrative Assistant at La Casa de Esperanza’s Center for Financial Stability, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. As the first point of contact, she provides essential support by responding to inquiries about financial coaching, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, employment services, HUD-certified housing counseling, La Casa’s loan program, and financial wellness services. Her work connects community members with the staff and resources best suited to their individual needs.
Certified in Advanced Tax Preparation and fluent in Spanish, Amy is able to assist a wide range of community members, including Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring that they feel welcomed and supported. She values her role for the opportunity it provides to create a positive environment where individuals and families can confidently access resources. With both personal dedication and professional commitment, she ensures that every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
