BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for providing weatherization services as directed by the Crew Chief with an emphasis on installing insulation.

• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.

• The employee may have unsupervised access to children, both at the clients’ homes and at the Weatherization Department office.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.

Desired Characteristics:

• Bilingual English-Spanish communication is an asset.
• Technical school or college degree is an asset.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and familiarity with weatherization or construction processes and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.75 – $26.00 per hour
