Pascual Rodriguez serves as the Executive Principal of La Casa de Esperanza Charter School, where he oversees daily school operations, sets the academic tone, and cultivates a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for both students and staff. In his role, he is committed to shaping a positive school culture and fostering strong relationships with families and the broader community.
Pascual brings over two decades of leadership in education, having previously served as a social studies teacher with Milwaukee Public Schools and as the lead principal of Bruce Guadalupe Community School for more than 18 years. He joined La Casa with a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives and communities. In recognition of his leadership and impact, Pascual was named one of Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award recipients in 2005 and received Marquette University’s Young Alumnus of the Year award in 2011.
His passion for La Casa’s mission is rooted in the belief that education is the foundation for long-term opportunity and generational success. He aligns closely with the school’s values empowering students not just with academic knowledge, but with the skills and confidence to create a better future for themselves and their families.
Pascual earned his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Marquette University and his master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from National Louis University. With over 24 years of experience in charter school leadership, he continues to be a strong advocate for equity and excellence in education.
Outside of school, Pascual enjoys staying active through fitness and outdoor sports and finds joy in playing music for his parish.
