Sanchez Gina

Director

Gina M. Sánchez Juárez has led La Casa de Esperanza’s Center for Financial Stability since 2008. She oversees programs including Financial Coaching, VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), Employment Services, HUD-approved Housing Counseling, the La Casa Loan Program, and Financial Wellness in the Workplace. Her work supports individuals and families in building income, savings, and long-term financial stability.

A former participant in La Casa’s youth programs, Gina brings both personal commitment and deep professional experience to her role. She is a certified HUD Housing Counselor, Financial Health Counselor, licensed Title Examiner, and Advanced VITA Preparer, with additional training from NeighborWorks America.

Gina’s leadership and community advocacy have earned her numerous honors, including a City of Waukesha Proclamation for “Gina Sánchez Day,” the UMOS Hispanic Woman of the Year Award, and the National Child Abuse Prevention Award. She also served as a panelist for former Governor Jim Doyle’s Call for Action Against Child Abuse.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys creating art in her home studio and co-owns High Roller Fun Rentals in downtown Waukesha with her son.
