La Casa Village I & II

Apartments and Senior Center

La Casa Village I and II make up our Waukesha housing program — offering affordable, private apartments for low-income seniors and disabled persons with impaired mobility.

La Casa Village I

La Casa Village I first opened in March 1985. It is a 46-unit housing complex for low-income individuals ages 62 and older, and disabled individuals with impaired mobility. La Casa Village I is a 202/Section 8 project, which is overseen by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).

La Casa Village II

La Casa Village II opened in March 2002. It is a 20-unit housing complex for low-income individuals, ages 62 and up. La Casa Village II is a Section 202 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) project, which is also overseen by HUD.

Available Amenities

Both housing complexes feature a variety of amenities for residents, including:

  • Secured building with keyed entry
