At La Casa de Esperanza, our Career Empowerment Program is led by a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), ensuring expert career guidance and support. Through our Center for Financial Stability, we combine workforce development with financial counseling to help individuals:
- Understand their living wage needs
- Overcome transportation barriers
- Connect to meaningful job opportunities
In addition to one-on-one coaching, we host a monthly “Jobs for Everyone” webinar, offering valuable resources, networking opportunities, and employment strategies to support long-term career success.
