Special Education Occupational Therapist

Kathy Sideris, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Kathy Sideris is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children who have learning differences, including 15 years in special education. She earned her Occupational Therapy degree from Mount Mary University, driven by her interest in the connection between the brain and body and her desire to support children in meaningful, functional ways.

Kathy has worked in both clinic and school settings, addressing a wide range of needs related to sensory processing, Autism, ADD/ADHD, and learning disabilities. She has also supported individuals across the lifespan in areas such as neurology, orthopedics, cardiology, and mental health. Her approach is rooted in building strong, trusting relationships with children and empowering parents to support their child’s development at home and in school.

Growing up in a community that valued active, healthy living inspired Kathy to pursue a career in occupational therapy. As both a therapist and a mother, she understands the challenges families face when a child learns differently and is dedicated to helping each child and family build a strong foundation for growth and success.
