Tracey Stanislawski - Director of Early Childhood Education Programs
Tracey has worked with children and families for over 17 years in varying capacities within the nonprofit sector. Tracey earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from UW Milwaukee and more recently, a teaching certificate from Mount Mary College.
Tracey has worked in the social service field as a child and family counselor, social worker for an adult day care, and a mentor for special needs children. Most of her experience lies within the field of Early Childhood Education. She has over 15 years of experience as both a teacher and an administrator. She has also owned and operated her own in-home childcare, and taught continuing education classes for teachers. Tracey’s responsibilities at La Casa include managing La Casa's Early Care and Education Program, the Before and After School Program and Early Head Start Program. “I feel very fortunate to be working at an agency that has so many talented and caring staff that have the ability to provide so many opportunities for the children and families in our community.”
