La Casa Village I & II

La Casa de Esperanza's Senior and Housing Program is a comprehensive program that includes owning and operating La Casa Village and La Casa Village II

La Casa Village I

La Casa Village is a 46-unit housing complex for low-income elderly and disabled individuals who need the design features of a mobility impaired apartment. We have a total of 41 one-bedroom apartments (which include 7 wheelchair accessible apartments) and 5 Efficiency apartments. We offer a friendly, safe environment. A community room and a Senior Center are available for individual or group activities such as guest speakers, videos, games and social gatherings.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Waukesha County has a Mealsite in the La Casa Village Senior Center Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Rent is based on the resident's income with allowances for medical expenses. Income must be below the low-income guide lines (1 person $23, 700 or 2 people $27, 100 per year). Heat, water, sewer, hot water and trash removal are included in the rent.

All apartments do receive a monthly utility allowance.

Full maintenance is provided.

Staff includes Housing Specialist, Resident Maintenance Manager, and biligual Service Coordinator.

La Casa Village II

La Casa Village II is a 20-unit housing complex for low-income elderly age 62 or older. We have a total of 19 one-bedroom apartments (which include 2 wheelchair accessible apartments with roll in showers) and 1 two-bedroom apartment.

We offer a friendly, safe environment. A community room is available for individual or group activities such as guest speakers and social gatherings.

Rent is based on the resident's income with allowances for medical expenses. Income must be below the low-income guide lines (1 person $23,700 or 2 people $27,100 per year).

Water, sewer, hot water and trash removal are included in the rent. All apartments do receive a monthly utility allowance. Full maintenance service is provided.
