Kelly Colgan – Assistant to President and CEO

Kelly Colgan is the Assistant to the President and CEO. She is responsible for:  acting as a Board and staff liaison; serving as the Assistant to the President & CEO; and providing administrative support to agency directors and managers. In addition, she has been appointed as Secretary for La Casa de Esperanza’s League of Latin American Citizens – Council No. 329. Kelly has been working at La Casa de Esperanza in this capacity since September of 2010. Prior to September, she worked in the VITA and Weatherization Programs since December of 2009. 

Her first experience in the non-profit sector was working for the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee as an After School Program Coordinator at Ideal Charter School in Milwaukee.  Before she relocated to Milwaukee to pursue her Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Management and Leadership at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, she lived in La Crosse where she was an Office Manager at Colgan Air Services, a family-owned company.
